SBML-SAT is a Systems Biology Markup Language (SBML) based Sensitivity Analysis Tool. This tool is designed to implement a variety of simulation, steady state analysis, sensitivity analysis and robustness analysis for ordinary differential equations (ODE) based biological models including biophysical models, signaling pathways, gene regulation networks and metabolic pathways.
SBML-SAT supports import of models in the System Biology Mark-up Language (SBML) format. SBML-SAT can run on Windows, Linux and Mac with Matlab. Current versions of SBML-SAT support SBML in level 2 version 1 (or earlier levels). Next release will support new levels of SBML.
